The 7.0“ color TFT-LCD (Thin Film Transistor Liquid Crystal Display) panel is designed for GPS, camcorder application and other electronic products which require high quality flat panel displays. This module is composed of 7.0 inch TFT-LCD panel, LCD controller, power drive circuit, flash rom, built-in multi language, led drive circuit and backlight. Support DMA function (Direct Memory Access) , it provides a faster method for user to update/transfer mass data to DDRAM. So general microprocessor can be used for controlling TFT-LCD faster and reduce the cost of MCU. It also supports Geometric Pattern Drawing and Built-in Multi-Language.
