Platform for whistleblowers to submit internal reports

JM elektronik sp. z o.o., as of 1.01.2025, is implementing an internal procedure for reporting violations of the law and taking follow-up actions, in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act.

In order to improve the submission and processing of internal notifications, the Whistleblower Software platform (provided by Formalize ApS) has been launched.

Through the platform, a whistleblower can report:

• violations that have already taken place,
• violations that have not yet been committed, but are very likely to occur,
• acts or omissions that the whistleblower has reasonable grounds to believe constitute violations,
• attempts to conceal violations.

JM elektronik sp. z o.o. ensures the confidentiality of the identity of the platform users and assures that no retaliatory action will be taken against these persons.
