The HT32F22366 is Arm® Cortex®-M3 based 32-bit advanced Flash Microcontroller devices. It includes a high operating speed of up to 96MHz and is suitable for a wide range of applications such as TFT-LCD displays, biological recognition, USB game peripherals, intelligent home appliances, home automation products, consumer electronics, data collection, recorders and so on.

The HT32F22366 provides up to 256 KB of embedded Flash memory for code / data storage and 128 KB of embedded SRAM memory for system operation and application program usage. Several power saving modes provide the flexibility for maximum optimization between wakeup latency and power consumption, an especially important consideration in low power applications.
