The EM320-TH features an aesthetic and functional design, and its durable IP67-rated enclosure ensures reliable operation even in demanding environmental conditions. This makes the device ideal for outdoor and industrial applications, providing durability and resistance to dust and moisture. 

Certifications and safety

The device complies with the EN12830 standard, confirming its suitability for monitoring temperature in the cold chain. What's more, the EM320-TH is made of FDA-approved materials for contact with food, eliminating health risks and ensuring safety when in contact with food, beverages or pharmaceuticals. 

High measurement accuracy

The EM320-TH is equipped with a sensitive and accurate Sensirion SHT 41 sensor, which allows measurements in a wide range: from -30°C to 60°C and from 0% to 100% relative humidity. The device offers high resolution – 0.1°C for temperature and 0.5% for humidity – and impressive accuracy of ±0.2°C and ±2% RH. This allows for accurate monitoring of even the smallest changes in environmental parameters.  

Data storage and retransmission

EM320-TH został The EM320-TH has been enhanced with data storage and retransmission capabilities. The device can store up to 3,000 sets of historical data with time stamps. In the event of a connection loss, it continues to collect data and automatically transmits the missing information to the gateway once connectivity is restored. This ensures that no data is lost, which is crucial in applications requiring full data integrity.

Standard and magnetic versions – for convenient installation

The EM320-TH is available in two variants: standard and magnetic. The magnetic version allows for quick and convenient installation on metal surfaces, which is particularly useful in places requiring flexible and temporary device placement, such as cold stores or warehouses. The standard version, on the other hand, is ideal for stationary installations, e.g. in building automation systems, agriculture or industry.

Energy efficiency

Thanks to the latest software updates, the EM320-TH features exceptionally low power consumption, allowing the device to operate for over 10 years, even in low temperatures. This makes the device not only functional but also economical. 

LoRaWAN® connectivity and cloud integration

The EM320-TH communicates via the LoRaWAN® network, offering a transmission range of up to 2 km in urban areas and up to 15 km in rural areas. The device is fully compatible with standard LoRaWAN® gateways and network servers, making it easy to implement in existing systems. 

Device management is carried out via the platform The device can be integrated with the Milesight IoT Cloud platform, which offers a clear data visualisation dashboard. Users can take advantage of automatic triggers and collaboration with other Milesight IoT sensors to create advanced automation scenarios. In addition, regular reports and real-time alerts are available, providing constant insight into the data. Device management is also possible from a mobile app available for Android and iOS systems. 

Intuitive configuration using NFC

Thanks to the NFC function, users can quickly turn on or configure the device using their smartphone. Simply install the Milesight Toolbox app, turn on NFC on your phone, and place it on the device to start configuration – quickly, conveniently, and wirelessly.

The device can be used in many areas. In the EM320-TH cold chain, it ensures continuous monitoring of storage conditions thanks to its offline data recording function and food-grade housing. In refrigerators and freezers, it helps maintain the right conditions, protecting products from quality loss. In pharmaceutical environments, it guarantees precise control thanks to accurate measurements and hygienic materials. In greenhouses, it enables optimisation of irrigation and ventilation through continuous measurement of environmental conditions. In residential and commercial buildings, it works with HVAC systems to support energy-efficient climate management. Finally, in industrial and IT environments, it monitors conditions, preventing damage caused by moisture or overheating.
