For us, sustainability is more than just a commitment – it is reflected in the concrete actions we take in our day-to-day operations. One of the areas we focus on as part of our sustainability efforts is the responsible use of energy.
We are continuing to expand our use of renewable energy sources. The photovoltaic installation at our facility allows us to generate solar power for our own operations, making it an important part of our approach to more sustainable manufacturing. We expect the installation to generate approximately 45 MWh of electricity annually. In parallel, we have replaced more than 200 lighting fixtures with more energy-efficient alternatives, reducing the amount of energy required to illuminate our facilities.
Generating our own renewable energy supports our efforts to reduce the environmental impact of our operations and reflects our long-term approach to energy management. This is particularly important for a manufacturing company, given the scale of our operations, the continuous demand for power and the potential cost savings. The installation therefore also benefits our customers by helping us maintain the cost competitiveness of the services we offer.
The photovoltaic installation and lighting upgrades are further initiatives building on our long-standing commitment to environmental management, supported by the ISO 14001:2015-compliant management system we implemented many years ago. We remain committed to developing solutions that combine operational efficiency with greater environmental responsibility.
