The EDLC SNAP-IN SSE ES series are high-performance electric double-layer capacitors (EDLC), engineered by Jianghai Europe for demanding industrial energy storage applications and systems requiring rapid charge/discharge cycles and extended lifetime. Designed in a robust snap-in configuration, these supercapacitors deliver elevated voltage tolerance and long cycle life up to 500,000 cycles along with reliable and stable electrical characteristics.

Based on EDLC technology, these components provide electrostatic energy storage with high power density, significantly outperforming conventional capacitors in dynamic load environments. The snap-in design ensures secure mechanical and electrical connection in assembly, making them well-suited for critical power systems across industrial electronics, backup power, and energy management modules.

Features include compliance with RoHS, WEEE and REACh standards, broad operating temperature range from –40 °C to +65 °C, and a rated voltage of 3.0 V with surge capability to 3.15 V. After extended charge storage at ambient conditions, the remaining voltage remains above 2.3 V, demonstrating low self-discharge and stability of performance.
