Information on the protection of personal data of Suppliers and Customers entering into cooperation with JM elektronik sp. z o.o.
In connection with entering into application as of 25.05.2018. General Data Protection Regulation on the protection of personal data of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27.04.2016, the so-called GDPR, we present the required information about the processing of your personal data.

The data are processed pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, for the purpose of concluding and performing the agreement/order and activities preceding the commencement of the agreement/order.
The recipients of the data may be entities providing legal, IT, audit, advisory and transport services to the Administrator.
The data shall be processed for the period of performance of the agreement/order and after its termination in order to fulfil the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator for a period consistent with the applicable law.
You have the right to access your personal data, to rectify, delete, to demand a restriction of processing or to object to the processing, the right to transfer the data, the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
Providing your data is voluntary and is a condition for concluding a contract.
Information about personal data protection for a person who is not the Provider or the Customer will be provided at the moment of collecting the data.
