MClimate HT + PIR lite LoRaWAN is a stand-alone, battery-powered sensor combining temperature, humidity, and PIR occupancy detection. The device operates as a LoRaWAN® 1.0.3 Class A end-device, supporting OTAA, ADR, and adaptive channel configuration for long-range and low-power communication.

The sensor sends LoRaWAN messages upon occupancy detection and counts total movements, enabling space usage analysis and demand-based ventilation control. Powered by two AA batteries, it offers an expected battery lifetime of up to 15 years with the default configuration.

With support for FUOTA, flexible mounting options, and compatibility with building management systems via dedicated gateways, MClimate HT + PIR lite is suitable for smart buildings, commercial spaces, residential buildings, and hotels.
