MClimate CO₂ + PIR lite LoRaWAN is a stand-alone, battery-powered sensor combining NDIR CO₂ measurement, temperature and humidity sensing, and PIR-based occupancy detection. The device operates as a LoRaWAN® 1.0.3 Class A end-device, supporting OTAA, ADR, and adaptive channel configuration.

It sends LoRaWAN messages on occupancy events, counts total movements, and provides environmental data that can be used for demand-based ventilation control in building management systems. Powered by two AA batteries, the sensor offers an expected battery lifetime of up to 15 years with the default configuration and supports FUOTA for remote firmware updates.

The device is suitable for smart buildings, commercial and residential spaces, and hotel applications.
