The Computex 2023 Trade Show is the world's leading exhibition for computer hardware. It's in Taiwan where the latest trends are set annually, subsequently influencing the global industry. This isn't surprising considering the concentration of semiconductor and computer hardware manufacturers in Taiwan, estimated to account for over half of the world's industrial computer production.
After years of absence due to the COVID pandemic, representatives from JM elektronik, on earnest invitations from suppliers, visited the Computex trade show and participated in a series of product training sessions organized by companies such as Innodisk, IEI, Aplex, and Axiomtek.
A particularly pleasant highlight was the recognition bestowed upon JM elektronik by Axiomtek for our successful collaboration: Valued Partner 2022.

This year's Computex trade show enjoyed popularity akin to the pre-COVID era and welcomed visitors from all over the world. Awards for outstanding products are given during the event. In previous years, our suppliers have repeatedly received awards, which have proven to be a good indicator of the future popularity of a given model.
Simultaneously with the trade show, technical training sessions were conducted by our suppliers, along with individually organized visits to showrooms, meetings with development departments, and tours of production facilities for JM elektronik representatives.
The past two years have been marked by unstable supplies and a global shortage of semiconductors, especially processors. Each manufacturer had to modify their offerings to meet market demands. Prolonged delivery times have affected all industries utilizing industrial computers. Assessing Computex, we see that our Taiwanese partners emerged from this crisis stronger, reorganized, and ready to seize markets from Chinese manufacturers threatened by the US embargo on microprocessors.
