RAM Mapping 60×16 LCD Controller Driver

The HT16H25 is a memory mapping and multifunction LCD controller driver which can be switched to multi-duty. It can display up to 960 patterns for 1/16 duty. It supports up to 4 port GPO outputs to control other devices. The GPO outputs also can be set as PWM outputs with 64-level PWM control to drive LED backlight. The HT16H25 is compatible with most microprocessors/microcontrollers and communicates via a 2-wire I2C-bus or a 3-wire SPI serial interface.
