Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode:

  • ˙Provides overvoltage and ESD protection.
  • ˙Protects ICs from accidental spikes such as electrostatic and power fluctuations.

Modules from Innodisk comply with all relevant JEDEC standards and are available in 8GB, 16GB, 24GB, 32GB, 48GB, and 64GB capacities.
